A long time ago, there was a big fish, which was the most dangerous in the world called Devilfish. Many people who lived near the river Nil that was Devilfish’s house were afraid of it. One day, a man called Kappa went to fish in the river Nil. He went with his fishhook, which was his gun.
When he began to fish, he heard a voice in the water that was Devilfish’s song. It sang: “ Fish me very well but it will be your big problem. Kappa didn’t care about what Devilfish sang. After the song, he put his fishhook in the water and caught a Devilfish that was very big and very good-looking. He carried it home. When he was walking, he met a young boy who knew every thing which were in the river Nil. A young boy asked Kappa what he carried. He answered him; I went to the river Nil to look for some food which can help my family. When I put my fishhook in the water, I caught this beautiful fish. The young boy told him; this is not a fish, it is a mother of the fish! He told him that. Oh my son, you are too young. You do know many fish but if you want to know more follow me where I’m going but that young boy didn’t follow him. Kappa continued his walk.
When he arrived home, he called his wife and said: ‘ my wife, today we will not be hungry. I had got a big fish. Give a knife’ His wife gave him a knife. He cut off a small piece of meat. When he was cutting it into small pieces. Devilfish said again. ‘Cut me very well but it will be your big problem’. Kappa didn’t understand what it said. After cutting it up, he called again to his wife and he told her to give him a frying pan. When he wont to fry, that fish spoke again:’ fry me very well but it will be your big problem.’ But Kappa didn’t understand again.
After cooking, he called his family to coming to eat. When he was frying it, there was his young boy beside him and heard what a fish said. When they began eating, he called his sister and he told her every thing that fish said. Her sister didn’t eat either. After they finished eating everybody that ate it, found their stomachs begin to be swell and the died quickly. In all family, there were just two people who didn’t eat. When Kappa is son saw what happened to his family, He told his sister that; when someone tells you something. Try to think and choose something, which will be better for you.
